If you are an entrepreneur in the service industry or have physical products to sell, there are two things you must have in your business toolbox. Although, I have yet figured out how to incorporate one of them into my business, I do own both. So what am I talking about? The first thing is a smartphone. Not sure if you have seen the latest Blackberry commercial taking jabs at iphone users saying that they don’t need a toy but a tool help run their business. On a side note, I think Blackberry is trying to stay alive in a world that is all Apple everything. Almost everyone those I know with a Blackberry are leaving with for an iPhone or Android phone.
Whether you have a Blackberry, Android or, iPhone, you are already on the right path. Smartphone are great for busy businessmen and women. Yes, you can make calls, send texts/pictures/videos, and update your social networking profiles but here are tons of apps available that can help run your business. I can’t fail to mention that apps tend to be created and release more often for iPhone and Androids before they (if they are ever) are released for Blackberry. I think I have found a way around this for you guys, which I will talk about a little later.

Artiatesia, Thanks so much. I am currently in the process of opening my own Brick and Mortar store! I'm opening a lingerie boutique and it's been so busy! I finally got my Certificate of Occupancy today after FINALLY passing all inspections! I'm so excited. I found a lot of plus sized lingerie that is utterly beautiful, so I am catering to full size women as well as regular sized women. The feedback so far has been really positive and I look forward to the next few weeks of preparing and running around getting ready for grand opening. I'm also considering selling online but one thing at a time!

I use square. I keep it in a little leather pouch I made for it that's on my key chain. I've been able to do some sales on the fly because if it, and it's affordable! The turnaround time on getting your money deposited is usually 24 hours. This is a great tool for small business. I'll be getting the android version of POS software that integrates with square for my soon to open lingerie boutique and will be using it on a tablet so that I don't miss out on one single credit card sale.
