Remember when I used to say, "I only do at most 3 websites per month." Lord knows, I threw that baby out with the bath water this month. I've gotten A LOT of requests for website design and/or redesign projects lately, so I've decided to direct more of my attention to those of you in need of my web design services.
If you are tearing your hair out because your don't know how to manage your website on your own OR your web designer never gets back to you, let me say 'SORRY' for all us web designers out there who actually like our customers. I have heard web design horror stories from quite a few of my new clients mainly because they gave their previous web designer too much control over their site and/or they had no clue how to update the website on their own.
It is for the last reason specifically that I love building websites using the wordpress.org platform. I can create custom redesign projects that my clients love AND then I can show them how easy it is to use wordpress to blog and/or update content on their websites by themselves.
The site above is for one of my favorite women entrepreneurs online, British Hill, the creator of popular Ning Network MLMBlackWoman. I've been working with British on different projects for years and as great referrals go, a few years back she recommended me to her husband Shelby Hill. I just recently shared my post on new ning network and blogging projects, Shelby's Relationship Radio Blog, was one of them.
I apologized to those of you with web design horror stories. Now let me say thank you, to those of you who have worked with me and shared my services with others.
Right now I am working with Jill on her website (preview here). It's not quite done yet, but thus far she's really been happy with the progress. In her last email she said to me:

BTW: You were not joking when you said being online is a distraction...wooooooooooooooo, but I love it, I am learning to balance at it... I truly love this site it is so informative. I use to log out of my accounts I no longer do that I simply keep them up so I can simply pop them open on my the lappy short for lap top lol ... chat soon.
