Black Girls CODE is a non-profit organization dedicated to teaching girls ages 7-17 from underrepresented communities about computer programming and digital technology.
Mission: To empower and mentor young women of color by highlighting the achievements of women in technology and thereby encourage them to embrace the tech marketplace as builders and creators.

I just saw this on Instagram, and I absolutely love it! We need this to offset the lack of color in the #STEM field. We've certainly got the talent, now it's about exposure, support, and action. Good stuff!
