I will be a part of Orbert Davis’ Chicago Jazz Philharmonic Concert in tribute to Nelson Mandela’s 90th birthday on Monday, July 21 at 6:30PM at the Jay Pritzker Pavilion in Millennium Park in Chicago. The concert, “Hope is Action,” is free to the public.On Sunday, July 27, at 3PM, I will be performing T'Keyah Live!... Mostly: A True Variety Show with my friend Darryl Rueben Hall, at the Stage Aurora Performance Hall, (Inside Gateway Town Center), 5188 Norwood Avenue in Jacksonville, FL. This show is part of the Aurora Jacksonville Black Art Festival, which runs July 24-30, 2008.
