Resolution or Revolution?

As is custom at the beginning of a New Year the mind turns fondly to self-improvement endeavors and dreams as yet unmet. What might be different is the approach one takes in order to make those changes. Do you solemnly swear that THIS year, things are going to be really different? Or have you come to the conclusion that it is time for more, much more than a traditional exercise that is frequently abandoned by the wayside a mere few days or weeks later?

 

Then let us hereby start a revolution, and boldly state that My BAG, my Big Audacious Goals are… what? Fill in the blank. For me, and by that I mean Pink Passport Society of course, my BAG includes doubling our membership, bringing you weekly videos (I just did the trial run today and it was pretty darned fun). Of course what I decided was instead of the waist up – oh no, full length was never under consideration – I will shoot the videos from the chest or neck up. Yeah, much better angle.

 

Let me tell you of a few more wonders in the New Year:

    The aforementioned weekly Passport Living Video Blog, that includes questions from you, the members;

    Our newest partnership brings you an Annual Weeklong Retreat in Maui (sorry, for members only so join today!)

    Passport Inn (our first community program – transitional housing for homeless women vets) is going LIVE this year;

    National Alliance of Philanthropists for Women membership site will be up and running by the 2nd quarter (we want to make sure it is just plump and bursting at the seams with information and resources for the members);

    We are planning to take An Evening Prelude to Your Future on the road, with 4 stops this year, one each quarter. First we’re going to take over California and then head east, starting with Las Vegas. I mean, who doesn’t love a good party. Maybe we’ll be the ones to give a real boost to the Vegas economy if our numbers are large enough by then, eh?

 

Okay, that’s too much good stuff. Let’s talk about you now. If you’ll tune in to the weekly blog, you’ll be getting some real information about boosting your net worth. Grandparents reinforce family values

Grand parents are the salt of the Earth! We have raised our families and worked for most of our lives to take care of ourselves and our families to the best of our ability. Providing safe shelter, clean living conditions, healthy food, a balanced environment free from abuse or neglect, was my goal for my children. Maintaining this level of clean drama free living requires discipline, focus and determination to live life with a consistent level of devotion to giving your children the best life you could.In our 50’s, 60’s and beyond we should be able live the life we have earned and do whatever we want to do in our retirement years. For some this is not until until the late sixties or even 70’s, now retirees work part time either out of necessity or to stay active. It is not so easy to retire nowadays unless you have a sound financial plan in place to cover the cost of living a comfortable existence.Health care, housing, food, life insurance, transportation, are essential whether you are a married or single retiree.
