Hello my friend,
Can Coffee Lower the Risk from this Deadly Cancer?
While many scientists have wondered about a possible link between coffee and a lower the risk of prostate cancer, most studies to date have been relatively small and shown mixed results. But a new study followed almost 50,000 male health professionals for more than two decades.

According to the research, for the men who drank the most coffee, the risk of getting the most deadly form of prostate cancer was about 60 percent lower.

NPR reports:

The new study shows that getting a 60 percent reduction in risk of aggressive prostate cancer requires a lot of coffee -- at least six cups a day. However, men who drank three cups a day had a 30 percent lower chance of getting a lethal prostate cancer, and that's not bad.”

Are you experiencing the results you want with Online (Internet) Marketing endeavors? NO? What’s holding you back?

I want to start out by telling you that this “Internet Thing” really isn’t that tough, once you figure it out. Hang in there, apply what you learn and you will become successful.

I also want to give full disclosure…

I am NOT an Internet Guru. I’m sharing what I have learned and experience over the years.

I’ve invested thousands into the knowledge that I have and am passionate about sharing with other Savvy spiritually minded aspiring, new and enterprising Women Entrepreneurs!

This post will introduce you to the simple 3-Step System to succeeding on the Internet. If you’ve been struggling to make your Internet business work for you, then this post will open your eyes and give you hope.

Also I can’t guarantee your results but I will tell you that if you follow these simple steps in this system, you should be well on your way to becoming a success on the Internet and if you find that you can’t quite get started and you want to go deeper, I’ll share how you can get my support.

Step1–The Tools

Tool #1 A website
Okay I know you’re saying this is not going to work. I don’t have a clue about building a website. You don’t necessarily need a full fledge website. Many are utilizing blogs to get started and I’ll share more about this in my Boot Camp.

Tool #2 An Autoresponder
“The money is in the list.” You’ve probably heard it a million times. If you don’t have an autoresponder, you will not be able to build and maintain a list of any significant size.

An autoresponder is basically a service that will allow you to email your leads on a scheduled or on-demand basis. A good autoresponder service will allow you to create a series of emails to start sending your subscribers immediately. This is useful to create an e-course or to set up a series of emails that will allow you to automatically sell your own or affiliate products over time. You should also be able to send out a broadcast email on-demand to your list using your autoresponder service. This will allow you to promote the latest affiliate promotions to your list as they come out.

The number one reason to use an autoresponder is that it allows you to build a relationship with your subscribers.

If you need a good recommendation for an autoresponder you can try the one I currently use. I do receive a small commission when you connect and stay on after the 21 day fre.e trial with this link, however, I don’t recommend anything I don’t support. Go to http://budurl.com/tryautoresponder to get started.

Tool #3 – A Product…
Now, when I first heard that I had to have a product of my own, my first thought was, “There is no way I can create a product.” If you’re just starting out, I’m sure you probably feel the same way.

However, last year I discovered a secret, you don’t have to create a product from scratch!
I’ll share more on this in The Online Marketing Breakthrough Boot Camp!

Step 2–The System

Now that you have the proper tools to get started, you need to set up a system. The key to success on the Internet is to have a system in place. Once you build a system you can then start to build your list and your business.

A system is quite simply a step-by-step process that your prospects will go through. Some people call it a sales funnel. The purpose of the system is to turn prospects into leads into customers. It’s really that simple.

Step 3-The Traffic

Now that you have your system created, it’s time to start driving traffic to your lead capture page. There are millions of web pages on the Internet. If you don’t have any traffic driven to your site, chances are pretty excellent not many people will see it. So, in order to get any leads into your system, you need to drive traffic to that system.
There are two kinds of traffic you can generate – Free or Paid.

Free Traffic –
When are first starting out you may not have a lot of money to invest into your business. After you have purchased your tools and maybe joined some Resell Rights web site, your budget may not allow you to spend money on traffic generation. Don’t worry, though, there are a lot of people who have made a lot of money from free traffic sources. It just may take a little while longer than the paid methods.

This is the general rule of thumb if you have money to invest you can consider paid. If you have more time than money, invest your time into free resources, however, I will say there is a certain skill required to be wise about investing into paid options even if you do have all the money you need.

You’ll notice that this is not a comprehensive course on Internet Marketing. There are far too many intricacies to go into in this short post.

If you want to uplevel your skills now, I invite you to join me for a phenomenal easy learning, step-by-step program “The Online Marketing Breakthrough Boot Camp!”

You’ll get a much more in-depth coverage of the topics presented here and more!
Go to http://bit.ly/ombreakthroughbootcamp to get started now!

Allergies and Dry Skin.

Allergies
and Dry Skin. If you are prone to having dry skin, allergies can exacerbate the
problem. Remember that a good daily moisturizer will help keep your skin
hydrated, especially around the eyes, nose, and lips. Stick to hypoallergenic
moisturizers that have no fragrance and no color because you could be allergic
to the scents and dyes. Before you take a shower, use a moisture mask on your
face. You can even use plain yogurt. Let the steam open up your pores to absorb
the hydration, wash it off five minutes later and you'll look & feel great!

Mixed martial arts champ uses fame to help others better their lives

Some take up baseball, soccer, football or basketball.

Muhsin Corbbrey chose mixed martial arts.

At age 8, his father enrolled him in classes. He stuck with it, and now he has a prestigious professional fighting career.

Things were not always so good for Corbbrey, though.

"Knucklehead" was the term he used to describe the lifestyle he had as a teen. He admits he was lucky not to have ended up in jail or worse.

He credits mixed martial arts for turning it all around.

Today, Corbbrey fights and teaches lessons out of Champions Training Center, located in Savannah.

The gym, which offers lessons starting with little kids all the way through adults, allows Corbbrey a refuge to pass his knowledge onto others.

"Mixed martial arts allows you to focus and set goals for yourself; it's probably had the biggest impact on my life," he said. "It's given me the opportunity to travel the world and to get out of my bubble."

While Corbbrey is deathly dangerous in the octagon and ring, outside of it he is a proud husband and father.

Corbbrey seeks to pass on his love for MMA to not only his students, but also his kin.

His wife Angie is actually a Golden Gloves boxing champion, and his 4-year-old son, Zafir, is a daily fixture at the gym.

"It (was) really surreal," Angie Corbbrey said when asked what it was like dating a professional fighter.

"It used to be stressful, but I'm used to it now."

Unfortunately though, many naysayers out there still view MMA to be a violent sport instead of one that requires incredible discipline. Because of this, some may worry about the impact such a violent sport could have on a young child; Angie Corbbrey is not among them.

"I'd rather our son do this than anything else," she said.

You may think being a husband, father and fighter would complete a person, But there is still more to Corbbrey; he's an activist.

While he seeks to build champions, he also seeks to build lives. As a professional MMA fighter, Corbbrey has been given a platform to get his views on how to better our world out in the open.

"Some people still lack basic freedoms and equal opportunities. They need our attention. We have to get out of our own bubbles and realize that we're all human."

Because of this, by training at Champions Training Center, one will not only become highly skilled in whatever MMA discipline they chose, but more importantly, they will become a better human being.

"People wish for better things, man. I want to show them there's a way out."

Why Does It Have to Be So Hard?

Why Does it Have to Be So Hard?

I am very supportive of others. Tell me what you are trying to do and I will try to help. What information or resources I don’t have, I will try to find for you or at least point you in the right direction, find someone that can help you.  I am one of these people that find it very difficult to ask anyone to do anything for me, I am not a sales person, and I don’t push my opportunities or products on anyone. I share and try to show the value.  Often times that works.   What I don’t like is so many people that want you to get into business with them, you sign up,  make the purchase and they disappear.  There is little training and no support. On top of that when you share your business or anything you would like to have supported, people that you supported are MIA.

We have to learn how to support each other. Circulate the dollars and resources within. This is too much of an individualistic society. Who truly makes it alone? We have to help one another. It does not have to be huge chunk of money. We can help each other with referrals, office equipment or other needed supplies; we can donate different things that someone may need to operate their business. IF you have a great skill that may be of great benefit to someone do some bartering, something.

And when it comes to charity, it is just has hard. I have been trying to collect clothing for a local shelter for months. I got one person to donate clothing. Another organization I support sends shoes to Liberia. I have not gotten one pair of shoes. I am collecting for a local pregnancy org that helps teen and pregnant women, I have not received one can of formula or diapers…I know that times are difficult. I am struggling. But I share when I can. It does the heart good to help. Even if it is one pack of socks to a battered women shelter. One box of baby wipes to a pregnancy program, a couple cans of vegetables to a homeless shelter. I am finding just how difficult it is. I thought it would be a lot easier. You care, you Give. Maybe not? I don’t get it but I will not be discouraged. I will continue to do what I am supposed to do and donate when I can and educate and encourage others. You never know when you or someone you love may be in need.

Business-Wise:

I am in the process of offering evening and weekend childcare. Akron Ohio area.

  • NightLight for Lil Angels Care~
I would like to provide evening and weekend care for babies. Most mothers today have to return to work after 6 to 8 weeks. The days of staying home 3 months to a year or longer are over in today’s tight economy. This service would be helpful for those who work evenings/nights or who need a break for shopping, appointments on weekends or for a weekend get-a-way.

Donated clean, safe, working cribs, high chairs, play pins, strollers etc….would be very much appreciated.  I am trying to get started with “half “ a shoe string budget.
