Should I Buy A House Vs Buying An Apartment Complex

If you’ve never owned any real estate and your in the market looking at homes and apartment buildings, you make want to consider who’s going to pay for that piece of real estate. Let’s say you’ve found a house you like and an apartment building in the same area. The mortgage on the new house is $1500.00 and the apartment building is $1500.00.

One person decides to buy the new house for his family. Now, he’s the only one responsible for that piece of real estate. So, if he loses his income, he’s going to more likely lose the house and hurt his credit. Now the other person decided to buy the 4 family complex. His mortgage is also $1500.00, however he decides to rent out 3 of the units for $500.00 each, which covers his mortgage. So whether he has a regular income or not his still keeps his piece of real estate.

Also, the second person decided to add solar panels to the property and switch everything over to electric, and increase rents to $850.00 for each unit. He decides to pay all utilities for those three tenants. He gains an extra $1050.00 in rental income and he still does not have to pay any of his income into this piece of real estate. He also gets to save up to buy the house the first person lost and the tenants from the apartment complex are paying for that house to.

One of the biggest challenges that bloggers face is how to build an email list.

Most know and understand the saying, "the money is in the list."

Loyal subscribers who know, like, and trust you turn into customers provided you're continuously providing value and have good content.

Back when I first started blogging, I didn't understand this. I wanted tons of readers, but I wasn't exactly looking for emails because I didn't have a product to sell (or so I thought).

This is before internet marketing really hit.

A friend of mine suggested I get a blog to promote myself as a freelance writer, but that was about as far as it went. It was probably about 6 months to a year before I REALLY figured out that I was doing it ALL wrong.

Even as a freelance writer, I should have been building a list of loyal subscribers and sending out at least a weekly newsletter with my content to engage my readers.

Crazy right?

What's even crazier is that with ALL the information out there about how to make money blogging, and how to build a list, I still see people who make the silliest mistakes that myself and so many others made years ago.

The sad thing is that a lot of them have great blog, filled with valuable content, fabulous designs, and yet.... one mistake in particular is costing them BIG

Happy New Year!!I hope all of you had a lovely start to 2010 and are looking optimistically towards making this a wonderful year.I often offer to assist you with any fashion challenges you may encounter. While I’m not a stylist, I do have an ability to take an objective look at things and offer insight into how you can improve your wardrobe. I got a wonderful question from a reader and I decided to dedicate a post to it.Hi,Taking you up on your kind offer to address readers’ questions, I would like to know if you would have any suggestions on what to wear with a faux-fur tiger print mini-skirt. Yellow is the primary colour, with brown stripes. I was originally thinking of brown tights and shoes with a brown sweater and maybe a brown leather jacket, but that seems like way too much brown. Also, a Google image search reveals that most people seem to pair animal print with black, not brown. Now I’m wondering if I could do some sort of mix-and-match with brown and black. Like maybe a black top and black tights but brown shoes? If the dominant dark color is brown, then you could go with a brown pallet for the rest of the outfit. I would suggest if you do the brown shirt and shoes, you don’t do brown tights, go with bare legs. However, you could also do something similar to what the model in the picture is doing. You could do a white or off white shirt and some brown boots or sandals (depending on the time of year you want to wear the skirt). I wouldn’t do the black shoes and brown tights because it may be hard to pull off confidently. That doesn’t mean that brown and black won’t go together, because they will, just not in this case.I hope this insight is helpful for you, Penny, and for any of you other Clueless Fashionistas out there struggling with an animal print piece of clothing. There is a way to build this status and you can do so by writing. You maybe saying what am I going to write? If you are doing something that you love and it is your business and your passion, I am almost sure that there is something that you can write about to help you start to build your status as an expert.Here are few ways to build expert status very easily.1. Write a column on your subject for a local paper. Most local papers are looking for good content and you will be surprised how easy it is to get your article published. If the article is really good you may even get your own column.2. Write articles and submit them on the Internet to article directories. There are thousands of publishers out there looking for good content for their website or their online newsletter so what you have to say may be of some interest to thousands of readers on the Internet.3. Set up a blog and start writing about what you know. This is a great way to build expert status and to also get others involved with the conversation when they leave comments on your blog. The key to blogging is to blog consistently. This means that you should be blogging at least once a day and even more if possible.4. Publish a report. You can create a report about something pertaining to your industry. The report does not have to be more than 24 pages. Your report could be your observation about a specific topic.5. Write a book. This is one of the absolutely best ways to become an expert. When you become a published author you are looked at differently and receive a different kind of respect and you will feel wonderful to have accomplished something as grand as writing a book.I do all of these methods and more.
