Once a week to remove soak your feet in warm water filled with peppermint oil (2 tsp.), Epsom salt (1/4 cup), and to sanitize use hydrogen peroxide in the water (equal part to the amount of water). After soaking for 15-20 minutes scrub your nails and toes with a nail brush designated for just your toe nails using soap and rinse. Now it is pumice stone time! Scrub away those calluses girls! Apply a nice emollient moisturizing foot cream or lotion to your feet and ankles, I love MK Extra Emollient Night Cream. She had previously engaged in some part-time entrepreneurial ventures and was ready to be her own boss. “I wanted the freedom to choose my own hours, take vacation when I wanted to, and work at my won pace,” She learned of Color Me Beautiful from her nephew, who saw a kiosk in the mall. “My interest was immediate,” she says. “Although I knew nothing about makeup, I wanted to make women feel good about themselves.The MoneyBoyd-Jarrott used her savings to pay the $5,000 entry fee. In return, she received her own cosmetics kiosk and roughly six weeks’ worth inventory. The initial fee also paid for the lease, which Boyd-Jarrot says Color Me Beautiful helped her to negotiate with the mall. It also covered the business license fee and the cost of the cash register, fax and phone line. She spent an additional $100 to personalize her kiosk, but careful not to infringe on company guild lines.The Risks and RewardsIn 2008, Boyd-Jarrott earned $120,000, but revenues can fluctuate between $150,000 and $250,000 based on everything from foot traffic to new clients. Expenses are also a moving target, ranging from $1,800 for rent up to $7,000 on inventory. Sometimes Boyd-Jarrot will visit the kiosk to monitor staff (she fired two for theft) or she’ll send mystery shoppers. “People never want to work for you as hard as you will work for yourself,” she says. “That’s the number one concern.”Essence May 2009

Following these tips will help you to create makeup looks that you will treasure on your wedding day and years to come in your wedding video and photos.1)Your skin should be healthy and refreshed.2) All facial waxing (brows, lip, chin) should be done at least two weeks before the big day. Only minor cleanup should be done, if necessary, on the day of the wedding.3)Cheek color should be very subtle with shades of peach and pinks.4)Pastels and shades of caramels and browns can be used on the eyes for a soft look. Pinks, corals, reds, and wines should be used to give the lips a pop of color.Your wedding look should not look like your everyday makeup look. How to Make an Oatmeal and Brown Sugar Scrub

Making your own natural oatmeal and brown sugar body scrub is fun, simple and easy on your budget. It smells great too. Read on to learn how.Things Needed:Ground OatsMedium BowlBrown SugarAloe VeraLemon juice1. Place 2 tbsp. of ground oatmeal in a medium bowl. Oatmeal is hypoallergenic and full of amino acids that nourish and moisturize the skin. Oatmeal is perfect for people with sensitive skin, as it is a natural anti-inflammatory; it gently exfoliates and cleans, and soothes dry itchy skin.2. Measure 2 tbsp. of brown sugar and add it to the bowl. Brown sugar contains a number of the finest oils from all over the world, and for that reason it is used as a natural moisturizer in many skin care products. Brown sugar will rejuvenate skin while gently removing dead skin cells.3.Add 2 tbsp. of aloe vera to your scrub mix. Aloe vera is famous for it's burn soothing effects, but it is also a gentle cleansing agent and moisturizer. Be sure that you purchase 100 percent aloe vera gel or squeeze the aloe directly from a live plant.4. Squeeze in 1 tsp. of lemon juice. Lemon is a natural gentle astringent that will help to clear and refine pores and eliminate acne without over drying the skin. If you have oily skin, add an extra tsp. of lemon juice to the mix.5. Stir the ingredients until your oatmeal and brown sugar scrub has an even creamy consistency. Apply the scrub to damp skin, gently massaging with circular motions. For most women who order stock wigs, they usually don't have a problem with fitting them. There are, however, women who are not able to buy ready made lace wigs. Why? Hairlines. Everyone's hairline is different. With different hairlines, most stock wigs will not fit women with varying hairlines such as a low hairline, hair growing down to the temple area, or hair growing on the sides as side burns. This is mainly where women got the idea of shaving the hairline back so that they are able to wear one.The perfect example is the beautiful Mo'nique.
