I'm just checking in again to keep you posted on my progress. I'm still doing the tedious job of uploading my product which apparently is a job in itself lol. Unfortunately, I didn’t make my deadline of July so I’ll try for next month. I'm still working FT, being a FT mom, & I try to work on my site during the week for at least 3-4hrs a night & on the weekend when I’m not spending time with my daughter & taking her places.If you would like you can follow me on twitter my username is “Undermycovers” where I twitt more often then I blog. Transparency is key.How do you move to the next level in business if, your business practices are dishonest? .It’s simple You don’t.Maybe you’re not dishonest?You’re maybe a legitimated business with all the right credentials? Maybe you have a few bad apples in your employee, or partnership bunch, which makes for bad business.I am a Creative Contractor I make my way through Mom and Pop Businesses to Corporations I am known as a trouble shooter…etc.And when I dig deep and I will dig. What will I find…The biggest waste of an enterprise’s time and money are… not only poor customer service but…Dishonest People, Posers, Copyright Infringers and Idea killers and stealers.My biggest advice to my corporate clients and other professionals,Put everything in writing.Openly, Record meeting if necessary (state by state laws do apply)While in Conversation; offer everything and give them nothing until, fair or balanced contracts are signed, notarized and viewed by your legal council. 5 Ways to Create the Life You Want!

Who are you and what is it that you want out of life? These are questions that we should all seek the answers to and examine frequently. It is when we are honest about what we are feeling and what we want to experience that we can begin to live a more fulfilled life.As I experience the blessing of getting older, one of the biggest lessons I have learned is that the more authentic you are with yourself the more meaningful and joyful life becomes.My grandmother use to say, "If you live long enough you will have problems and challenges, good times and bad times". Of course, when I was younger the true meaning of that statement didn't give me an "ah-ha moment", but now that I have lived life a little longer I now welcome those wise words.Life becomes more meaningful when you know what your vision is and the choices and decisions you make are all contributing to the fulfillment of that vision. Yes, it will take hard work, persistence and a focused mind-set and you'll deal with obstacles and challenges along the way, but learning to overcome them and creating the life you want is worth it!We must learn to become authentic with ourselves by discovering who we are, what we like and what we don't like. We must be willing unveil all of our dreams and goals and love ourselves enough to embrace and accomplish them.We must stop hiding behind excuses and find the courage to create the life that we really want!Here are five ways to get started:1. Ask yourself,"What is it that I want out of life?" Sounds simple right? Well, it's not a simple question and don't be surprised if you really don't know!2. Ask yourself, "What is it that I don't want out of life?" This might be easier to answer than the first questions and can often help you with discovering what you do want.3. Write your vision. Where do you see yourself in the next 3 to 5 years? What will you be doing and experiencing? What's most important to you to accomplish in life?4. Identify the skills you will need to be successful. Personal development is the cornerstone of success and if you don't work on areas that need improvement in your life - you can't create the life you want. Commit to spending 45 minutes daily on personal development.5. Surround yourself with positive thoughts, people, places and things. "You are what you take in." Drive, Ambition, Self-Motivated People...Why R We So Hard to Find?

Time and time again, you hear people saying that "money is the root of all evil." Time and time again you hear people saying that "money isn't everything."Well I say if money is the root of all evil, and if money isn't everything, then what will make you happy?Most people complain that they:* are tired of not having anything* have no money* cannot afford a new car* cannot afford to send their child(ren) to private school* have no time to spend with their family* cannot afford to go on a vacation* cannot afford a home* cannot go to see the doctor, dentist plastic surgeon* cannot help others that need helpSo then I say, money is not the root of all evil, "people" are the root of all evil. It's what people do once they make the money. Also, if money isn't everything, then are you living in the area and house you want or in the one you can barely afford? Do you wake up in the morning when you are done sleeping or when the buzzer goes off,? (time to get to the plantation). Do you go window shopping at the stores you love or the local shops with the 90% off sign on the window? Do you have a private family doctor or do you go to the one your bank account says you can go to? Do you purchase good food or the one's that injected with all kinds of "junk?"Could you, at anytime you wanted to, get up and go to any vacation spot you dream of? Or is the plantation boss waiting on you bright and early tomorrow morning? What seems to me is that people with their greed and false ambitions want to always please and show off to others and are not willing to put forth some effort to make a better life for themselves. I think deep down they don't really see themselves as worthy enough to attain wealth. Like that is something other people get.I will tell you this financial freedom, if handled the right way brings you:* more time with the ones you love* help others (oh what a wonderful feeling it is to help others)* any vacation you want to go to* to live in the nicer parts of the country* choices to pick and choose the house, car, school, doctors, hair stylist, diets and stress free life anyone could wantI don't know one good reason why anyone would want to be a job slave all their lives. It sickens me to my stomach when I hear people saying that their job this, their job that. Just like stardom is not for everyone, just like happiness is not for everyone, just like not everyone has drive, ambition and passion, well not everyone is cut out to be self driven and ultimately successful (with their own business)."Money doesn't bring happiness, not at all, but it takes you on the road to it." I want the nicer things in life, because I deserve it. Not because I am a mom, a woman, sister, wife, friend, but because I work hard to achieve my goals. So I keep on moving on....

What one thing do successful entrepreneurial women practice?You've heard the quote that successful people do what unsuccessful aren't willing to do.Although their are many habits that successful women, people for that matter there is one thing that if continued will separate the doers from the thinkers.That one thing is self improvement.Sometimes, when all our doubts, fears and insecurities wrap ourselves up, we tend tp come up with the idea of I wish I was somebody else.More often than not, we think and believe that someone or rather, most people are better than us.- when in reality, the fact is, most people are more scared than us.You may have observed women at work, church, in department stores etc. You think to yourself, she looks so perfectly calm and confident.But if you could read thru her mind, you would see a bunch of clouds of thoughts and you might just be amazed that she's thinking are people looking at what I have on?... Why don't guys find me attractive? Or I don't like my nose, I wish it were like.... I wish I was as intelligent as my sister.The bible also speaks of loving others as you love yourself.How many people have found this hard to do only because they don't truly love themselves. The thing to remember is that you cannot give what you don't have.Allow people to see that you yourself are a representation and a product of self improvement before telling other people some ways on how to improve themselves.In my eBook The Dynamic Power of Focus I have a section that refers to "If only" and it is an important segment because all too often women spend their time focusing on the "If onlies" or excuses for why they can't accomplish given tasks and goals.
