A Must Have Items When Creating A Spa Basket.

When it comes to the word Spa, what are some words that pop in your mind? I can say for sure pampering, rejuvenating, relaxing, and tranquility are some of the word that comes right off of the top for me. These words are also what women looks for when it come to creating a spa atmosphere and this concept shouldn’t change when it comes to creating a basket either.

You want to make sure that when you are designing a basket that your basket has a nice even flow and that it’s not over crowded with the same items. In other words, you have to make sure your basket has a theme and make sure that your colors are the same as well. You want to make sure the scents are basically the same because you don’t want to mix Lavender and Chocolate in the same basket.

Here are list of items that should always have in your Spa Basket.

You should always have some type of cleaning or washing products. Just choose any one of these products:

· Body wash

· Bubble Bath

· Bath Salt

· Shower Gel

While you’re still in the bath or shower, it’s a good time to exfoliate the skin and you can choose any one or you don’t have to depending on your budget.

· Brown Sugar Scrubs

· Sea Salt Scrubs

· Sugar Scrubs

You want to moisturize and hydrate your skin once you’re out of the shower. You will need to have at least one or two of these pampering items in your basket:

· Body Cream

· Lotion

· Whipped Body Butter

· Body Oil

Also you can add any of these item to your basket as well:

· Hand cream

· Pedicure Cream

· Fragrance oil scent

To complete your basket it’s always a good idea to have at least two or three essential items in your Spa Basket:

· Body Brush

· Eye-mask

· Neck pillow

· Spa slippers

· Plush towel

· Pillar candles

· Potpourri/sachets

· CD of soothing or meditation music

· Chocolates

· Gift certificate for massage or facial

Then collects all your items and put them all in a nice basket filled with plenty of decorative shred lined on the bottom and around your items. You don’t have to use a basket; you can use any decorative boxes, bath caddy, or decorative gift bags.

So no matter what budget you are working with you can create a Spa Basket for any occasion.

Networking Events To Build Your Business!

Everyone knows that a successful way to grow your business is by building relationships. Relationship building is a key element of Success!I have personally used networking events to grow my business. Recently my family and I relocated to a new state and what that meant for my business is that I needed to meet new people and I needed to do it fast, quick, and in a hurry. Time is of the essence!First thing first you need to find an event. The Chamber of Commerce is great and you should have on in your local area. I also love sites like www.meetup.com and www.craigslist.com you can find out about upcoming events on these sites and you can also narrow your search to Direct Sales or Women in general. To Continue Reading visit www.lakeishahankins.comwww.lakeishahankins.com

SIZZLE CARDS!!!
So today I'm going to briefly discuss the difference between business and sizzle cards. First, what are business cards? Usually business cards are bits of information with your name, line of business, phone numbers to reach you and email address. EVERYONE should have a business card. EVEN IF you don't necessarily own a business. It's just and easier, classier, neater way to pass on your information when you meet someone.

Now, the difference between business and SIZZLE cards is that SIZZLE cards, although sometimes the same size as business cards, have an AD on them as opposed to just your information. They are also sometimes made with dollar bill numbers and faces. For example: As you're walking, you see a $100 bill and pick it up. Instead its a card that reads: Tired of Living Paycheck to Paycheck? Earn $2000-$3000 Part Time! Call now for more information. 555-555-5555

See? Theres a hot, SIZZLING message that allows your prospects to make the choice to call or not. Now of course the point is to pass out as many of these cards as you can because the odds of someone getting in touch with you then are much better then giving 5 to 10 out a day. Do your research. There are plenty of great Sizzle Card companies, that have good messages and quality cards to offer. Tha

Featured Business - Black Pearl Creations

How did you get started with crocheting?

I started crocheting in 1982. We had just moved to England and visited Nottingham. If you know anything about Nottingham lace, then yousee where my inspiration came from! My mom sat me down and taught me toknit and 10744056668?profile=originalcrochet. I made a knitted cabled sweater and mini skirt at 9years old. I think my parents still have it somewhere. From there....

Personal Brand Kung Fu - The SWOT Analysis

iStock_000006195022XSmall.jpgOkay, yes the title may tell you I know a little something about martial arts...but no, I don't. Only as much as the last Karate Kid movie
(which is one of my kids' favorites) and the line from Kung Fu Panda
which says that Kung Fu stands for "excellence of self".

I was thinking about that today after having watched the main character, a Panda named Po, one of 50 jillion times. I think personal brand work is like working out your Kung Fu - it truly stands for mining
and understanding how to portray your self excellence.

I thought I'd share how you can strategically do some kung fu kicks with identifying your personal brand strategy below. One approach is using the SWOT analysis.

SWOT Analysis is a well-known method of identifying your Strengths and Weaknesses, while also examining the Opportunities and Threats you face. All four areas can help you clarify your personal brand and your
distinctive and unique value.

Often carrying out an analysis using the SWOT framework will be enough to reveal changes that need to be made in your plan.

Try to work through the following questions and think about what insights you have from this focused work:

Strengths -

  • What do you do well?
  • What can you do better than anyone else?
  • What comes naturally for you?

Weaknesses -

  • What could be improved?
  • What might you do poorly?
  • What comes with more difficulty for you?

Opportunities -

  • In what areas do you see possibilities?
  • What resources or circumstances can you leverage?
  • What trends might you use to your advantage?

Threats -

  • What obstacles are in your way?
  • Who is your competition and what are they doing well?
  • Are you financially challenged?
  • What else do you find yourself up against?

Are You a Facebook Mass-Adder?

Are you a Facebook Mass Adder or Do You Only Add Those that Add Value? Do you have a few hundred Facebook friends? Are you hitting a thousand, or several thousand?

What does your level of social media friendship mean to you and to your business and what if anything is it doing or has it done for your business? Are you just adding people because it is the thing to do and everyone is your "potential" customer or do you actually have a rhyme and reason behind your adds and requests?

3 Things to Remember About Your Facebook Friendships:
  1. People Don't Want to Be Overloaded with Your Sales Pitches. Sometimes less is more, especially if you don't want to be blocked or better yet deleted!
  2. Don't Spam Strangers & Flood In-Boxes. Sometimes it is better to be selective in who you message on Facebook. Do you know the person directly? Do they know of you? The "Send to All" feature isn't always a good one. Use it wisely!
  3. Contrary to Popular Belief; Just Because They Friended You Doesn't Mean They Want to Patronize You. As I always say and though many disagree with me; you cannot look at everyone as a customer or potential. Plain and simply put, there are some people who are not and will never be interested in what you have to say or sell, unfortunately!
Ultimately, when it comes to your business, you should seek to add value to your Facebook friends lives and you should seek friendships that add value. Practice good Facebook Etiquette. Don't befriend people and immediately start spamming them with your sales pitch. Don't be the pushy, obnoxious, used-car salesman.

Too often people join Multi-Level and Networking Marketing businesses without doing their homework.

After having a successful stint in the industry for five years, I’m compelled to share what I know to be true and how you too can experience success in this fascinating business – online!

Unlike several years ago, you now have the opportunity to leverage the POWER of the Internet. If you’re coachable, teachable and trainable – you’ll succeed with the information contained in this report.

Attempt to look at it this way:

When you begin a new job, you go in not knowing everything it takes to fulfill the position you’ve been awarded but because of your personality, maybe a little experience (maybe not), professionalism and the right attitude – you’re now open to learning – “the unknown”, right?

The Network Marketing Industry can either make or break you – but it can do neither without YOUR input. I chose to listen, read, and apply proven steps that eventually opened up a 5 figure monthly income.

With that said, I’m inviting you to grab a copy of my new guide: Network Marketers: Use Social Media Networks to Attract Your Own Team. It’s a 22 page guide that gets to the nitty gritty of building a successful organization. It’s hype free – which means, there’s no get rich scheme. If you follow the steps, you’ll see results, it’s simple as that.
