http://GoodCreditUnion.com Good Credit Union removed my bankruptcy in 10 Business Days. I had been trying for the last 8 years to get this bankruptcy off my credit. I had success with Equifax and Transunion but Experian would not work with me. I merged my company Business credit America with Good credit Union and they proved to me how valuable they could be to me and my company. I sent them my credit report on 11-28-2012. They mailed out the letters to Experian credit bureau round the 9th or 10 of December. I pulled my credit report 12-17-2012 and the bankruptcy was removed. Thanks Good Credit Union.

Could You Be At Risk For Diabetes

Your body naturally gives you many messages. It also tries to alert you in trouble situations, such as symptoms of pre-diabetes. The development of type 2 diabetes is almost always preceded by pre-diabetes. Pre-diabetes is a condition where the body's blood glucose levels are higher than normal, but not yet at the level to qualify for diabetes. If left untreated, pre-diabetes can cause long-term damage to the body, especially to the hear and ciculatory system. This is a serious medical condition; however, if detected in time, it can be treated and possibly reversed.Early detection is very important. If left untreated, diabetes can damage organs throughout the body, causing many serious medical problems such as blindness, kidney disease, nerve disease, limb amputations and cardiovascular disease. That makes early detection essential for the millions of Americans who have diabetes and don't even know it. Age, obesity, ethnicity and family history of the disease are some of the warning signs you should know about. If you possess, or someone you know possesses, these characteristics, be sure to ask your doctor for high blood glucose.According to the Diabetes Prevention Program, high-risk adults who follow a low-fat, low-calorie diet and who engage in moderate physical activities such as walking briskly or riding a bike, have a much lower risk of developing diabetes than people who do not exercise regularly. They may even be able to return their blood glucose levels to the normal range. The Diabetes Prevention Program also explains that while some medications may delay the development of diabetes, diet and exercise together are more effective.

Welcome to Remy Hair 101As more and more people are introduced to the lace wig and remy hair extensions craze the more the terminology and understanding of what remy hair is has changed. I would like to take this opportunity to clarify the question of the day. What is remy hair?First, the cuticle is the outer layer of the hair and is responsible for the protection of the hair. It is made up of several layers of cells that lay on top of each other like shingles, as shown under a microscope in the picture below. Cuticles are directional pointing out from the scalp toward the end. You cannot see them with the naked eye but you can feel them as you run your finger from the bottom of a long hair toward the scalp. It is this layer that is removed or not removed that determines the quality of the hair.Remy Hair also know as cuticle hair is hair that has been collected from a single donor/person. The hair is gathered into a pony tail, tied off and then cut. This method of hair collection keeps all of the hairs cuticles running in the same direction. All of the hairs cuticles running in the same direction is what makes this hair remy hair. The hair is then gently processed for color, waves and curls. This hair is matt free and can last for 12 months or more depending on personal maintenance and wear.Virgin Remy Hair is hair that is collected in the same manner as explained above thus making it remy, however this hair does not undergo any type of chemical processing for color, waves and curls. This hair has been left in it's natural state. Virgin remy hair depending on the origin, typically comes in only dark colors such as a natural 1B/2 as this is the natural hair color of the donor. This hair is matt free and can last up to 18 months or more depending on personal maintenance and wear. It's the creme of the crop, it doesn't get any better than this.Non-Remy Human Hair is the most abundant human hair on the market therefore the cheapest. It is also referred to as fallen hair. It is collected from multiple sources, collected in piles therefore the hairs cuticles are not kept running in the same direction. If left this way the hair would be totally unusable, it could not be used for extensions and hair pieces. The hair has to then be put through a process called an acid bath of which removes the cuticles/cuticle layer of the hair. Once this is done the hair is then dipped into a silicone coating to give it a smooth, shiny, and healthy feel and appearance. Once the silicon layer wears off this hair will eventually start to tangle or matt and will then be in need of "restoration services" to bring it back to life.Non-Remy hair does not last nearly as long as remy hair. After several washings the silicon wears away exposing the dry, dull medulla. Non-Remy hair looks fantastic for a while, this type of hair is recommended if your looking for a more natural, economic alternative to synthetic hair or even a starter full lace unit. Non-Remy hair can last for 3 to 6 months or more depending on personal maintenance and wear. Non-Remy is often passed off as remy, since without really knowing your hair, it is hard to tell. One way to tell is to run your finger from the bottom of a hair to the root. Cuticle hair will feel rough as you go against the cuticles, silicone dipped hair will be smooth in both directions. You may have to close your eyes and run your fingers past the hair several times to notice the difference. In Conclusion, each of the different quality levels of hair can all be great options for use in hairpieces of all kinds. This informational page was created so that you can make an informed decision based off of your personal needs and expectations.

How to Turn Your Financial Troubles Around

Money worries have many different voices: “How am I going to pay my phone bill? My lights are almost two months behind. The rent is due. What are we going to do about the mortgage? We don’t have money for football uniforms. No field trip. That cost money. No, you can’t have that, it cost more than what we have in our budget. They’re coming to take the furniture back; our payment is overdue. The kid needs her braces removed but the dentist won’t do it unless we pay the rest of the money we owe. I’ve lost my job. I’m sorry, honey, they have downsized my position. If I want to keep my job I will have to take a cut in pay. How can I afford these child support payments? I can’t take this any more. What are we going to do?”A mind that is cluttered with money worries may be flooded with one or two or all of these thoughts at one time or another. Maybe you were there once in your life, maybe not. Most people with financial troubles are anxious, confused, angry, harbor feelings of hopelessness, insecurity, and uncertainty about future financial outcomes. Consequently, this state of mind affects everything, including work performance. It’s time for a financial assessment. Is your trouble because you have maxed out your credit cards? Maybe you have more month than money. Do you have medical expenses? Are you sick and can’t work? Have you lost your job, or been downsized? Where did the shortage originate?Once you have assessed where the problem lie, then you can look at remedies. Money troubles in plain simple English are not enough money to cover your present lifestyle. The causes may or may not be within your control. When the funds are low, the logical answer would be to make more but what most people do is fret about it. Some spend more time worrying about what they don’t have while others add on a second job.Money troubles are not going to go away without something changing. Worry will not make up the deficit but initiating a plan of action will.Step IMake a list of all of your monthly household livingexpenses: mortgage, rent, utility bills, etc.Step IIList Your Debts (creditors you owe)Step IIIList your entertainmentStep IVList miscellaneous (lunch, coffee, snacks, etc.)Step VWrite in how much you pay on each. Total thatamount.Step VIList your sources of income (job, spouse, etc.). Takethe total from this and subtract it from what you spend onhousehold, debts and entertainment. If that figure showsyou are not covering your expenses, look back at yourexpenses; see what you can eliminate from entertainment.Make a list of other areas you are expending money, such as lunch, dry cleaning, hair cuts, etc.Try taking your lunch from home rather than buying lunch. The average lunch cost about $7.00. That $7.00 for five days comes to $35.00 a week, totaling $140.00 a month. Imagine if you, your wife and children spent the same amount weekly, that would amount to a partial mortgage or rental payment.Take a look at your Debt. Began to work from the smallest to the largest. Take the money you saved from not buying, let’s say lunch, and redirect the total amount towards paying off the smallest debt first. As you pay off each debt, take that money and add it to the next smallest debt, working your way to the largest, until you have eliminated your debt completely. While you are doing this, examine your household budget.Look at how to eliminate some of your other expenditures; for example, if you have a high cell phone bill, you might want to exchange that cell phone for one with a more fixed rate. Maybe instead of hiring a lawn service, you could cut the grass yourself. Perhaps you might visit Barber or cosmetology trade schools to obtain these services at a reduced rate.Look at what you are already doing first to find the extra money. If you still need more to make up the deficit, then you might look at your skills and talents: start a home-based business. It’s something you could do as a family.Money troubles can be conquered, if you are willing to take a few extra steps. Don’t look at the impossible debt mountain, began the climb one step at a time. And, yes, it is okay to reward yourself along the way but keep in mind where you are headed. Don’t overdo it. Once your debt is eliminated, don’t spend the excess money; instead, add it to your future savings options.Understand that paying your debts down will not take place overnight but if you are consistent it will happen.Blondie L.
