Strategic Planning sounds serious. And it is, but three points I want to make is that it doesn't have to be complicated, its needed for success and we use it all the time in every day life. Strategic planning is a road map. If you are taking a trip driving from one state to a state that you have never visited. You would not make that trip without a road map. You would want to make sure you have the right direction and know what roads to take. What one thing do successful entrepreneurial women practice?You've heard the quote that successful people do what unsuccessful aren't willing to do.Although their are many habits that successful women, people for that matter there is one thing that if continued will separate the doers from the thinkers.That one thing is self improvement.Sometimes, when all our doubts, fears and insecurities wrap ourselves up, we tend tp come up with the idea of I wish I was somebody else.More often than not, we think and believe that someone or rather, most people are better than us.- when in reality, the fact is, most people are more scared than us.You may have observed women at work, church, in department stores etc. You think to yourself, she looks so perfectly calm and confident.But if you could read thru her mind, you would see a bunch of clouds of thoughts and you might just be amazed that she's thinking are people looking at what I have on?... Why don't guys find me attractive? Or I don't like my nose, I wish it were like.... I wish I was as intelligent as my sister.The bible also speaks of loving others as you love yourself.How many people have found this hard to do only because they don't truly love themselves. The thing to remember is that you cannot give what you don't have.Allow people to see that you yourself are a representation and a product of self improvement before telling other people some ways on how to improve themselves.In my eBook The Dynamic Power of Focus I have a section that refers to "If only" and it is an important segment because all too often women spend their time focusing on the "If onlies" or excuses for why they can't accomplish given tasks and goals. Accepting Success

Graciously accept your successes. Be thankful for every accomplishment and the achievement of goals that you have set. To achieve the true and pure feeling of gratitude you must give thanks for what it is that has come into your experience without criticism. It is often hard for us to not criticize or re-evaluate the path that has been traveled to success, and it’s especially hard to not criticize something we perceive to be a failure.Gratitude is first about the full acceptance of things, places, people and circumstances as they are. Secondly, it is about putting yourself at ease or in a state of comfort as it pertains to the object of your gratitude. When one begins to criticize the outcome of a thing they begin to mix good feelings with bad. This creates an inner turmoil that makes it impossible to be in alignment with the universe. When you are out of alignment with the universe it becomes harder to manifest that which you have asked for because your current vibration is competing with the things that you do not want.It is true that we should be grateful for all things that come into our experience. When we experience things that we do not like, it positions us to gain clarity on the things we do like and want. For this, we should be grateful. However, it is crucial that we are truly grateful for our successes because they are the “feel good” things of which we wish to have more. How can you expect to compound your successful actions if you are unable to remit your feelings happiness and gratitude for those things to the universe.Practice devoting your conscious thoughts to your success and be happy. Leave the “could haves”, “would haves” and “should haves” in the past. It is your feelings about the things that are happening today that will bring you more successes and happiness in the future. Your comfort with your success today will bring more successes in the future. Your criticisms about your success or lack there of will bring more of the same. It’s as simple as that. Graciously accept your successes and be proud of your accomplishments. After all, it is you and only you who possess the ability to call them into your life. Rejoice!

We commitourselves to our responsibilities, obligations, and expectations, but we often do so at the expense of our dreams, aspirations, and goals. Our society and our lives are demanding, leaving us with little time and energy to focus on what may seem like selfish or even childish dreams. However, without fulfilling those inner desires we end up loosing an important part of ourselves.There are several self-help articles about how to make one happier and more fulfilled. But it all starts with realizing your true passion. What motivates you? What makes you smile? Or even, when you were a child what did you want to be when you grew up?In order to find happiness, we all need to look deep into ourselves and find the things that make us who we really are. Those things that make us smile and whistle when no one else seems to be feeling our happiness. These are the things that need to be the center of our worlds, these are the passions that need to fuel our lives.As we grow up and grow older, we often take the more traveled road to adulthood. We attend college and achieve degree status in order to obtain a Ã¬realÃ® job. Plans change but without one, you never really know where you are going or will end up.2. Set deadlines that you can meet - The point of setting a goal is to achieve it. The goal itself might not be easy but it can be realized if you break it down into steps. Unrealistic timelines introduce the possibility of failure into the equation. Let’s say that you want to learn to swim. Giving the goal three weeks is not going to cut it. In fact, when the deadline comes and you still can’t swim, you might just give up.3. Choose your goals for yourself - Sometimes we pursue certain goals because of someone else. It is their desire to speak French or climb a mountain but we take it on for whatever reason. If the desire to achieve is not there, neither will be the success. Lack of a motive for your goals will stop the train every time.4. Don’t do it alone - No man or woman is an island. You interact with people each day. If you are having trouble achieving a goal, ask for help in the way of support. It is hard to reach the finish line when no one is cheering for you. Find the support and resources you need for success and use them.5. Face your fears - As weird as it sounds, there is a fear of success that is going around. If you achieve this one goal, everyone will expect bigger and better things. Even if that’s not true it is the mindset of someone who fears failure. Instead of concentrating on the goal at hand, they worry about future goals that are still floating in the ether. When fear strikes, tell yourself that you will only think of the current goal and not a future that is not reality.Have you met with failure and disappointment in the past when it comes to achieving your goals? Look at the above list and see if any one of these points derailed your goals. If so, deal with the problem and get back on track.Your Life, Your Goals, Your Desires, Your Dreams...then it's Your Responsibility! Hello Fellow Sisterprenuers,I have not spent much time here as yet since I've been busy recreating myself and my business. You know we have to look at ourselves every now and then and assess where we've been and where we're headed. Having my head in the game, so to speak, has inspired me to think about why I do what I do. This is the question, I believe, that will keep us fueled and inspired to keep going: what is the passion behind my product?I recently ran across a web site that talked about the value of operating from our hearts instead of our heads. I think that it is easy as business women to get a little caught up in the "gotta go and do" syndrome. I gotta go here, gotta go there, gotta call this one, gotta email that one, gotta sell, sell, sell, gotta network, and on and on. Well, yes of course there are many business related activities we are responsible for. However it is equally important to regularly reflect on why we do what we do.What else can motivate us when we are feeling a bit down or even a little pessimistic and lacking in confidence? Nothing can truly motivate us towards any gratifying action except for the "why" behind what we do. Have you ever had a meal prepared by someone who really didn't enjoy cooking? Well, chances are, the food was a bit boring or perhaps just uninspired. We like food that is prepared by someone who knows that the most important ingredient in food preparation is LOVE. This, I believe, is true for every endeavor. There must be love, purpose and passion as the driving force, otherwise our work or our "product" becomes bland, tasteless, and uninspired.My purpose is to help women build businesses and lives that they can feel good about. I am creating a community of phenomenal women: women who will commit to supporting one another, to encouraging one another and inspiring one another to live a joyful and success-filled life. I believe that our ultimate success comes about from building relationships that matter - not just selling products.So, please share with me. What is the love and passion that sparked your product? Mine is the desire to see ALL women realize their innate value and purpose in the world and help them create lives that are successful in every area. At one point in my life, I struggled to connect with my worth and my purpose. My plan for your futurehas always been filled with hope.Jeremiah 29:1111 For I know the plans I have for you,? declares the LORD, ?plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. (NIV Bible)

We live in a world that sometimes seems void of hope. Wars, famine, pollution, recessions, etc. can cause us to become easily discouraged when we look at the prospects of our future. Discouragement can lead to depression, and depression can lead to hopelessness.When we are feeling hopeless, we see our circumstances and surroundings through a filtered lens that can cause us to continue to spiral downwards in our emotions and our attitudes. In this devotional scripture, God says that He has a plan for you, a plan that will prosper you and not to harm you, a plan that will give you hope and a future.While the economy may be saying one thing to us, God is saying another. While your circumstances may cry out hopelessness, God is saying that He has a plan to prosper and not to harm you. While we don’t know what the future does hold, we know who holds the future. We can trust in the goodness of God to care for us in the midst of situations that seem hopeless.Our hope is not in our circumstances, but in God our Father. That does not necessarily mean that life will always turn out the way we expected, but it does mean that we can always trust in our Father to love us and watch over us. If we commit our lives into His care, we are guaranteed from an everlasting perspective, that we will have an incredible future filled with hope awaiting us, that will last forever.PRAYERFather, I thank You that You have a plan for me that is filled with hope and a future. I know that You have plans to prosper me and not to harm me. I need not fear and I need not despair for you are in control of my life. You may still obtain success but not the amount of success that you could have because you lack patience.IV. Sometimes things aren't going to move as fast as you want them to move.V. But if you put in that "work", that "grind" and HUSTLE…you will get your just reward.VI. Be kind to EVERYONE. That person that you walk by and never speak to could be your answer.VII. Never kiss ass, but understand the business side of everything that you are pursuing. And FOLLOW-UP. Keep in Contact.VIII. Be loyal. Don't deal with people who are not loyal to you.IX. If your friends don't support you; it's all good, they will one day.X. If you know people that are in the same industry or work that you want to be a part of and they don't see your talent or refuse to help you, it's their loss. Don't worry about it they will fall in the same category of the unsupportive friends.XI. It's not about how fast you start running when starting a race, it's about who finishes first.XII. Remember that getting to the top requires a clear Vision with precise goals and objectives.

What Is A Lace Wig?

Lace wigs are made of materials which resembles a mesh like-base or cap such as a pair of hosiery. The cap of the wig can be made of different materials such as lace, nylon, monofilament and polyurethane.From these materials, many combinations of lace wigs can be achieved. Hair is then tied to the cap making the wig. Once it is tied to the wig and fitted, lace is cut around the edges of the wig. The lace part of the wig is then either glued or taped to the outer perimeter of your head, it becomes invisible, thus blending with your own skin. What makes lace wigs so different from other wigs is the hairline becomes invisible and the hair especially around the edges, looks as if your own hair growing from your scalp!
