Tanishia was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis at age 15. And then it happened. What happens with many individuals diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis, Michael and Robin learned about 7 or so years ago that it was NMO (Neuroyelitis Optica).
It was a very long journey for our dear lovely. She left home January, 2012 due to complications, returned home and returned a few days later due to respiratory failure. What we thought would be a visit and return home within weeks turned into almost 3 years. It would be 3 years January that she hadn’t seen her home in Seattle, WA. Although we stood in Faith and believed for manifestation of wholeness we also decided to refuse to be selfish and try to hold her here. We left it to our Father what her journey would be while praying and believing. Says Robin Tramble Tanishia’s Mother.
Tanishia did end up on the ventilator and had to be trached. Her family watched her suffer coming close to losing her life many times. They faced the realization that it was possible that their lovely wouldn’t ever return home although believing every day until the end. She suffered much over the past 3 years while still holding on to her Faith until that moment when she made peace with the Lord and decided she was ready when He was ready.
Tanishia was loved by and an inspiration to many. Very gifted in music and loved God. She graduated from High School and went on to obtain her degree in Early Child hood development. She always wanted a day care and planned to call it Robin’s nest. Like many young women Tanishia desired to marry one day and have children. She did have two precious God daughters that she loved dearly.
Tanishia will be remembered for her beautiful smile, warm heart, humor, Faith and tenacious fight. She loved children, singing and writing songs.
