Hello Juniques Multi Cultural Community members.(http://www.jusmcc.net)
I found this interview with Willie Crawford,
foremost Affiliate Marketer, to be extremely interesting.
He shares an answer to a common everyday problem,
earning income on the internet even if you never have before.
How to get started with other people help.
How to generate income today!

Willie's Story,
In my 16 years online, I've interacted with tens of
thousands of aspiring entrepreneurs... and coached
hundreds of them directly.
Many of these people started an online business because
they had VERY limited budgets, and never would have been
able start brick-and-mortar businesses.
In fact, some insisted that they didn't even have enough
spare change to afford web hosting or an autoresponder.
When they approached me asking, what to do, I often
told them that they were better off taking a part-time
offline job, and using that money to bootstrap a business.
Back then, I didn't see any easy way to do it without
at least getting your own domain name, some reputable
hosting, and a good autoresponder. Yes, there were
companies that offered free hosting, etc., but that
didn't instill any confidence in potential customers...
and only branded the other company.
However, things change fast on the internet, and with
the advent to things like social media, it IS now
fairly easy to start an online business without spending
a penny... and if you HATE selling, you can earn a
decent income without even selling anything directly.
The biggest change, and the secret, actually is in
what makes social media "social."
Social media is all about sharing.
You can now generate a decent living just by SHARING
things.
What you share are branded videos, ebooks, graphics,
webinar recordings, etc. These are branded with YOUR
affiliate links. You share them on Facebook, Pinterest,
Twitter, a blog or discussion forum, etc., and when
someone checks them out, they are also checking out your
affiliate links.
The things is, you share interesting content, and never
really need to ask them to buy anything.
Since people LOVE to share content on social media
sites, your "friends" or followers will often repost
your shared content, and when they do, they pass along
YOUR affiliate link.
Pretty simple isn't it?
My favorite site for getting brandable content, that you
get paid for sharing, is at:
http://www.loyaltepays.com/juniques/
http://www.loyaltepays.com/juniques/
Check it out.
Membership is free, but there are upgrades available
too, and if you are a prolific content creator, or run
your own affiliate program, you can even upload YOUR
content, and allow site members to join YOUR affiliate
program.
The way you earn by sharing something as simple as say...
an inspiring/moving image though, is that when someone
visits the main site and joins... you get paid.
So you see, you can literally have no website, no
autoresponder... and even no cash, and start your
own online business.
Go ahead and check it out now. I'm a member... here's

I read something powerful this morning on Facebook, "Ask yourself if what you are doing today is getting you closer to where you want to be tomorrow." Sometimes we feel like outside forces control the things that happen in our lives, but really it is how we react to obstacles that dictate whether we fail or succeed.

In this video, I'm giving you a Brief illustration of Why Banks Don't Lend Money to Small Business Owners and Entrepreneurs? As Small Business Owner make profits, they make the deposits in their personal checking account instead of their business checking account.
Banks want small business owners to open up business bank accounts to deposits their profits to show proof the business is profitable. Small business owners need to understand they need to have strong business credit file with up to date financials and ucc financial statements on the file.

This week's feature entrepreneur is Shaneisha Dodson. She is the founder of Mahogney Ink Publications L.L.C. and Black Girlz Productions L.L.C. Currently residing in Virginia, Shaneisha holds a bachelor's degree in psychology from Grambling State University, a master's degree in counseling from Dallas Baptist University, and is currently pursuing a doctorate in education. Shaneisha was the first person in her family to graduate from college. In showing how important education is to her, every year she gives a $500 scholarship to a deserving student. After college, Shaneisha wrote her first novel. It was like so much by friends and family she was encouraged to continue writing. That eventually led to the start of her publishing and production company. Being an accomplished author herself, today Shaneisha publishes 4 authors, 2 poets and has produced one stage play. Her story is truly one of accomplishment. Find out how Shaneisha started her companies and where her inspiration came from. Enjoy!
1. Tell me your story. What were you doing before you started your own business?
I am a country girl born and raised in Arkansas. I was raised in a matriarchal household. I developed a passion for writing at a young age. I started writing my first book after I graduated from college. Prior to starting my business, my life consisted of school, school, and school. I have been a student my whole life. I have a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Grambling State University and a master’s degree in counseling from Dallas Baptist University. Currently, I am pursuing a doctorate degree in education.
2. What made you want to start a business and what is your mission?
I have always had a passion for writing. After graduating from college, I penned my first novel. My family and friends loved it so much they encouraged me to continue writing. Therefore, I decided to take it a step further and started my own publishing company in 2009, Mahogney Ink Publications, LLC. My works have been featured in online magazines, selected as book of the month by numerous organizations, selected as top 25 fiction books of 2009 by Conversations, and earned a spot on an African-American bookstore best sellers list. My first teen book was selected as best book 2011 in literary excellence in the teen self-help category. In addition, I was nominated for a 2011 African-American literary award. My publishing company is home to four authors and two poets. In 2012, I took my love of the writing to the next level and started Black Girlz Productions, LLC. My company’s motto is “Dream BIG or go Home!” My first play recently debuted: Cheating on my Mistress “When One Woman is not Enough”. My mission is to entertain by any means necessary.
3. What inspires you? What keeps you motivated daily to keep growing your business?
Life inspires me. I am passionate about my work. Each day I strive to do better. I believe in taking my time to make sure everything is as close to perfect as possible. Each year, I can clearly see my companies’ growth. We are moving at a steady pace. I am very satisfied because I believe in quality not quantity.
4. Do you have a mentor? Who is it and why? Do you believe it's important to have one?
I used to have a mentor, but we went our separate ways. However, I believe it is important to have a mentor because no one has gotten where they are without the help of someone else. When you choose a mentor, make sure you choose wisely. Mentors are people who are doing what you want to do in life. They should be full of wisdom and knowledge.
5. What would you tell someone who wants to get involved in your line of business but doesn't know how to get started?
Research. Research. Research. If you want to start a business, learn as much as possible about the business. Don’t depend on other people to give you all the answers. The biggest issue I have with the publishing company is finding a good editor. You will come across a lot of people who will make numerous false promises in this type of business. They will offer you an opportunity to be a part of a national tour, claim to be the best editor in the business, and will guarantee that their marketing campaigns will take you to the number one spot on the best sellers list. Be leery. If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is…
6. What advice would you give to someone with an entrepreneurial spirit?
My advice is to follow your dreams. Don’t be scared to succeed. When you hit a hard spot in the road, keep pushing. Believe in yourself and believe in your abilities.
If you are an up-and-coming author looking to be published, visit Shaniesha's website at Mahogney Ink Publications. A revolutionary NEW source of funding to sweep across the internet in droves is crowdfunding! According to Growthink.com, $100 million USD was pledged in 2011 on the site www.Kickstarter.comalone, launching over 27,000 projects at a 46% success rate. Now that’s impressive!
When you are starting or growing a small business, it typically comes down to lack of resources to raise that much needed capital! Funding is a very important element to the success of any business remaining relevant in a competitive marketplace. If you’ve applied for a traditional loan; SBA Micro Loan; Unsecured Line of Credit; or even a Credit Card to no avail, then consider the HOT new trend in financing…CROWDFUNDING!
What is Crowdfunding?
Crowdfunding is a cutting edge way of raising the much needed money required by businesses to sustain. A group of investors share their resources to support endeavors initiated by individuals or organizations. Many industries can take advantage of crowdfunding; from political campaigns; service or product based businesses; artist; scientific researchers to software development.
3 Business Preparation Tips for Crowdfunding
- Select the Best Platform: There are many crowdfunding platforms available with new ones forming daily. It is important to choose the one that can best fit your project funding needs.
- Create a ‘WIFM’ Reward Program: Remember that old WIFM (what’s in it for me)? Well, if you want to have a successful campaign, you’d better come up with some juicy reward for prospective investors. The reward you create should be based on the type of campaign you are running. For example, the Crescent Theater was forced to upgrade its equipment and as a part of their reward program, the lowest reward offer is a free movie pass.
- Design a Stellar Marketing Strategy: Consider multiple ways to connect with potential investors. The key is creating a diverse marketing campaign. A favorite by many and Google as well are videos! You can also add a slide presentation, a podcast and a simple written message.
3 ways that Crowdfunding can help you:
Independence from Banking Institutions
Banks are sitting on their cash and aren’t lending to start up or small businesses that need capital. At a recent lecture at George Washington University, Federal Reserve Chairman Ben Bernanke innocuously remarked that lately “small businesses have … found it difficult to get credit.” Most banks have high unreachable expectations along with a daunting process. Indeed crowdfunding offers a more realistic approach to funding.
Free Publicity
An opportunity to publicly raise funds for your business idea or existing company to a gazillions of potential investors by way of the internet is astounding! Many entrepreneurs yearn for a chance to receive the type of publicity crowdfunding offers. If well handled, the publicity can greatly catapult your business to immense success.
Validation
Validation of your business idea is important. To know that there are people globally who believe in your concept is empowering. People will generally invest in opportunities that are viable. So every contribution you receive from people simply means that they believe in the validity of it!
3 Top Crowdfunding
- Kickstarter: funding platform for creative projects such as films, games, and music to art, design, and technology. Kickstarter is full of ambitious, innovative, and imaginative projects that are brought to life through the direct support of others.
- Indiegogo: an international crowdfunding site where anyone can raise money for film, music, art, charity, small businesses, gaming, theater, and more
- RocketHub: Fundraising platform raises funds and awareness for projects primarily in fashion, music, theatre, writing, and photography.
In conclusion, businesses can gain a lot by embracing the benefits of crowdfunding. It is a very unique way of raising funds for businesses and can greatly impact positively on the success of a startup making them more vibrant and competitive.

Have you ever thought about how much money you make for the company you work for? Have you ever considered how much less you are making than your boss who is no better qualified than you? Have you realized that you are working to make someone else wealthy? Every day you spend countless hours generating income for someone you probably don't know and for a business you definitely do not own. Unfortunately, in this economy no job is secure. So, where do you find the security? What does your future look like?
If you see more prosperity in your future, then you need to take control of your life now. And that means, working for yourself! You need to put yourself in a position to FIRE YOUR BOSS! Set your own hours and reap the benefits of your hard work.
My mom had an “Embrace the Entrepreneur Within” luncheon, to empower women in their lives and in business. We had 12 to 15 women there that all had positive comments about the illustrious speaker, Melissa Taft. She spoke about the steps needed to be taken to make a change in our lives for the better. She talked about asking yourself questions like: Are you going through life, KNOWING it's not how you envisioned it yet doing NOTHING about it? and Are you aware of your displeasure and doing all you can in your power to change your life??? She described how there are different stages to our development in life and wherever our competency level is, is how our life is developing now. So when are you going to take control of it? When are you going to get smarter about your situation and change it? When are you going to stop making excuses about your life and start making progress?
So, today the question goes to you too! Are you living your life in complete denial, ignoring all the failures around you, saying, “Oh well, it’s life!”, OR are you stepping out on faith, and taking actions to change your life? The bible says "...faith without deeds is dead" James 2:26. If you're wanting a change in your life, you should be praying for a change. You should be taking action and doing things like:
- Giving up habits you know aren't good for you.
- Following through with personal goals
- Doing all you can to get a financial promotion
- Or even better, creating an exit strategy and taking steps to FIRE YOUR BOSS!
Do something for yourself and your family. Make a move to impact your life. Embrace the entrepreneur within and see how your life will change.

It was my fairytale
Everything I ever dreamed of.
After all that I had been through,
After all the neglect, abuse, lying and cheating,
I finally found the man that would love me for me.
It started with a phone call to help a friend. The calls were short with messages to a mutual friend about his son. Until one day we started to talk about the Bible. We connected in such a way, it was like a whirlwind. We were so alike and yet complete opposites. It had been a long time since I felt this type of connection, the feeling of being accepted for being the person I am. The phrase “you are too nice” has been told to me all my life. Being nice was the one thing I liked about myself. I couldn’t understand why this was always said to me in a negative way. Maybe I was “too nice”…… I always tried to find the good in people and I always tried to believe in people. You would think I would have learned since every relationship I was in proved to me, that I was wrong. Every relationship that I believed in turned out to be a lie. Now I found someone that could relate to my every hurt. I found someone who had been hurt and betrayed to the same degree as I had.
We were exactly the same and completely opposite. We had both recently been in the same type of relationship on opposite sides. He was in prison and his significant other left him, cheated on him and did not stand by him in his time of need. I was engaged to a man in prison and I stood by him for 10 years until he cheated on me and left me as soon as he got out. He is black, I am Hispanic. He is in his early 40’s, I am in my mid 50’s. He grew up on the street, I had a “normal” childhood. We both knew the same type of hurt and understood each other. Our two opposite sides…our two halves could be put together to make a whole. He was tired just as I was. God brought us together for a reason. We could help each other to get over our insecurities and the hurt that had built up in our hearts.
We talked on the phone for about a month and a half and then I flew to St. Louis to meet him. We got married the same day…My fairytale had begun.
All my life I felt left out. I felt like the “black sheep” in every situation……like I was different, like I didn’t fit in. The weekend in St Louis was one of the best weekends of my life. I felt like I belonged and like I was accepted. I will not ever forget the way he held out his hand for me when we walked. I will not ever forget the way he held me when I told him my stories of being abused, the way he told me I would not ever have to flinch again because he would always protect me and not ever hurt me. These things probably seem small to most people, but they were HUGE to me. These were the types of things that defined love for me because I had not experienced them in my past. There are no words to explain the feelings that these two actions gave me. The way he made me feel; took away the pain of my past relationships. He told me he would treat me like a queen and that is exactly what I felt like. I knew i would not ever be alone again. I knew we were one and our love would only grow stronger as we got to know each other and share our lives. It is not often you can find someone that understands your inner most feelings because they also have those same feelings. My husband is a singer/songwriter, he expressed his love for me in songs he wrote and he sang them to me with so much love in his eyes that my eyes would fill with tears when he sang them. I was in a fairytale dream...
I felt special
I felt like I belonged
I could believe, hope & smile again
I could love again
I could be me and still be loved
Fairytales do come true
or at least I thought they did...

One of the biggest challenges to competing in an online marketplace is to know confidently what sets you apart from the rest of the pack. This value you add for customers, compared to others out there doing what you do, is referred to as your unique value proposition (UVP), also referred to in some circles as your unique selling proposition.
Why should someone invest their time, money, and effort with you instead of someone else? What extra value can you bring to the table? Look closely at what you would like to offer to people as part of your business model. Then, you’ll need to answer the following questions for your online business.
1. What is your offer?
Lay out the details of the product or service you plan to sell. Outline the features in detail. What does your service or product do and what does the package look like? For example, is it a 7 day ecourse on how to set up a blog in Wordpress? Is it a 90 day coaching program that gives people direct access to you personally via telephone? Be very specific.
2. How does your offer solve customers' problems?
How does your product or service offering solve your client’s problems? State the problems your target customer is facing, which you should know from having done your market research. Then describe how each feature of your product or service solves those problems. Think about how your customer would see your solution, not knowing you at all. If you can answer the question “What’s in it for me?” from the customer’s viewpoint, you’re already halfway there.
3. What is different about your service or product offer?
You have to look at ways to create a product or service that are distinct from your industry competitors. Sure you can try the "yeah, me too" site, but it will be much more difficult in the long run to distinguish between your offer and the person next door. How is your solution different from other providers? Are you offering something extra, such as live training or additional done-for-you services? Do you offer your product in multiple formats, such as audio or video? Do you provide extra resources or tools to make your solution easier to use? If you can’t figure out any features that are different about your product, now is a good time to get creative.
4. Why should a customer buy from you vs. your competitors?
This is probably the toughest part of creating your UVP. It will also be one of the most important parts of your sales and marketing copy. So here's what you do --- tie together the problems your potential clients are facing, the features of your product, and how your product can solve the prospects’ problems. Then pull in your extra “proof” of why people should buy from you. You could gather social proof through testimonials of how well your solution works. You might have started to establish a track record of experience in your industry, and if not, spend time asking for feedback as you go about delivering your services now. You could also have great "case studies" or examples of your solution in action. Which of these examples would be most relevant to your market? Highlight one or use them all depending on what you think your prospective clients need to hear.
If you have already done the essential market research, you know what problems your customers are facing. Make sure you thoroughly understand what your target customers want and what your competitors are already offering. Then you will be able to identify exactly what you can do differently or where you can add something more. Put all of that together and you have your Unique Value Proposition.

It is my exciting pleasure to introduce to you the first ever MALE entrepreneur on PeopleWhoProsper.com. Brian Howard started in the restaurant industry then was introduced to the Network Marketing industry and has been in ever since. Brian shares his journey in business and what it really takes to be successful in the industry. I enjoyed hearing his story and hope you do too!
1. Tell me your story. What were you doing before you started your own business?
My story is really simple I was born and raised in Dayton, Oh. I grew up in a single parent home until I was a teen. It really did not feel like a tragic situation because I have an incredible family that always made sure that we were taken care of. I found my way into playing athletics and got good enough to walk-on the football team at Eastern Michigan University. I strongly recommend that everyone take part in some sort of team sport as you learn more life lessons on the field than in the classroom. I came to learn that playing professionally was probably not in the cards for me so, I started working in the most profitable industry that I knew of that required the least amount of training. The restaurant industry is probably the most misunderstood industry in all professions. I learned how to grow a big business. The only problem was I was always doing it for someone else. I found out that I would never really have what I wanted working for someone else.
Because of that realization I believe that the universe sent me a message. I was shown Amway and the direct sales industry. The men that introduced me to this industry were some of the sharpest people that I had ever met. I wanted to be a part of what they were doing and I wanted their life because they were not only living life but living it with style. So I went to work introducing this company to all my friends and family. All of them thought I was crazy and should pursue something more concrete. I came to the harsh reality that I was not as sharp as I thought. I needed better skills. I started to attend seminars, reading all the books, listening to the tapes and began my journey of personal development. I was still in the restaurant industry having a pretty good life just not what I wanted. I also fell away from the networking industry as I did not understand the nuances of being an entrepreneur.
Years pass and I was re-introduced to the networking industry by a very successful attorney in Las Vegas where I currently reside. The company is a great company that has helped a ton of families become financially free and out of legal and identity theft troubles. But, there was a problem with the field leadership and communication issues, so after a year and a half of menial success I decided to let that company go. I'm glad did because in order to move on to the next you must let go of what's behind. I cultivated a strong relationship with a real leader. I was introduced to a brand new company that is organizing the natural products industry the way that Google organized the internet. The opportunity that I have been searching for is here.
2. What made you want to start a business and what is your mission?
The reason I have been wanting to be a part of this industry, "start a business" is because of the challenge. The challenge to become the person I have been sent here to be. My mission is to help as many people that want my help become the person they are meant to be. Whether we are in business together or not I want to help raise the vibration, conscience of people and the planet by being a better person every day. The network marketing industry is perfect because it is a personal development business wrapped up in an incredible compensation plan. The more you give, grow and help others become successful, the more successful and prosperous you become. That is my theme to life. Help more get more.
3. What inspires you? What keeps you motivated daily to keep growing your business?
The things that inspire me are people who overcome physical challenges. That's another reason I love sports so much. I get motivated by seeing others not give any excuses and never giving up on what they want to accomplish. I like watching the "My Wish" segments on Sports Center. It is where children get to hang out with their favorite sports star for a day and have their dreams come true. Truly brings me to tears almost every time.
4. Do you have a mentor? Who is it and why? Do you believe it's important to have one?
I have several mentors: Jim Rohn, Les Brown, Tony Robbins, Curtis Jackson, Brian Tracy, Sean Carter, Barack and Michelle Obama, and Oprah Winfrey. Just to name a few. I find myself gravitating toward great people. I love seeing the confidence they exude. It lets me know that no matter how bad life seems to be you can always make a change and get on a new path. Mentors are very important, they are the teachers who come along and show us that there is a way and they say let’s work together until we figure it out. A great teacher will not only let you know that you are in the mud but, they also throw a line to get you out.
5. What would you tell someone who wants to get involved in your line of business but doesn't know how to get started?
I would tell someone who wants to get in my business to be prepared to be disappointed by people that you think want your help but don't know how to ask. Adults have a strange way of saying something to appease people they love, instead of being mature and learning to communicate and deal with their problems. Their problems usually belong to someone else, if you know what I mean. I cannot say that I have not done the same, I just wanted to take personal responsibility for the only thing that I can control, me. If you can master your emotions you can make a lot of money and have a lot of friends. You can get started in this industry by finding someone you trust or you can contact me and I will share how to be on my team. Go to wannafollow.me/brian, watch my partner on YouTube, then you can call me at 702.755.2647 and leave a message. This business is super simple but it will require hard work for the next 2-3 years. But if you follow the system you will never have to work for anyone ever again. We are the best of the best and we want you to join us at the top.
6. What advice would you give to someone with an entrepreneurial spirit?
If you have an entrepreneurial spirit know that you will have moments of great joy and massive disappointments. The secret is to discipline your disappointments and delay your gratifications. You must know that what you are doing is very admirable and should be looked on with pride because the entrepreneurial spirit is what built this country. If it were not for entrepreneurs we would not have electricity, houses, airplanes, computers, or any other convenience way have today. Entrepreneurs create jobs, solve major problems, invoke a different mindset in the way we view the world and how we can make it better. What a great way to live.
Thank you Brian for taking the challenge and sharing your story. I hope someone has been inspired by Brian’s story and remember if you are interested in working with Brian, contact him for more information.

Travel, as exciting and interesting as it is, is also one of the most expensive things we choose to do. But if you keep a few things in mind, your vacation can be fun without breaking the budget. A small amount of research and effort can yield significant travel savings, and careful planning can be the best tool for travel savings. There are some tried and true tips for saving money while traveling, and several are presented below.
Car rentals are still a good way to stretch the travel dollar. Even though it seems expensive, remember the airport shuttle often costs around $50 per person, much more than the cost of an economy car rental. This will allow you affordable transportation for sightseeing and trips to the countryside, another money saver. Also, coupons and discounts are often offered by car rental companies and credit cards companies as incentives and promotions. Your airline may offer a great price on a car rental from a partner company. Take advantage of these deals to save or to upgrade to a more comfortable, vehicle.
If you don't want to rent a car or it will not be useable, try to book a hotel that includes a free airport shuttle service. This can save enough for a good dinner. Many motels at airport locations offer free parking for the length of your travel if you stay one night at either leg of your trip. This can be a travel saver and a super convenience.
If this is a family travel, look for special airline incentives that offer free companion tickets or companion fares at lower rates. Also plan to eat meals where kids eat free and you can split meals. This can result in huge savings for a family of four or larger. Restaurants that are kid friendly usually accommodate requests for extra plates and relaxed places where everyone can feel comfortable after a day of travel and sightseeing.
Don't eat every meal out. Even if you are not traveling as a family, eating out is often the most expensive part of travel. You'll be surprised what a nice change from restaurant food a peanut butter sandwich, chips, and fresh fruit makes. Book a hotel that has an in room coffee maker and purchase fresh bagels for breakfast. Or get deli takeout or a pizza for one relaxed night in. Take that much needed break from the crowds at tourist destinations.
Find and use coupons for travel savings. These are often offered for lodging, food, or attractions. You can find them everywhere, online, in local newspapers, and they save money. Also, seek out and take advantage of multi-day passes at amusement parks.
Bring your own water and snacks. People spend nearly $10 per day per person on just water and snacks. Sure, indulge yourself when you see really inviting salt-water taffy or fudge store but for the basics, bring your own.
Making your own reservations can result in travel savings. Many hotels and airlines offer additional discounts and specials for booking online. This also holds true for car rentals.
Doing a bit of work and seeking out promotions shall result in significant travel savings. Remember, the tourist attractions and hotels want you to return as much as you want another vacation.
